Phasing plan - February 2022

The buildings shown in a block colour are work in progress and the buildings that are shown coloured in grey are completed ready for residents to move in. This means you can see from 2025 there are homes completed on the estate ready for residents to move in and the next stage of work is already on-site to make sure we are very quickly able to offer a variety of new homes for existing residents, those wishing to return to the estate as well as starting to supply homes for those on Newham Council's housing waiting list.
